The Allison Fisher Teen Video Challenge

Create a video promoting breast cancer awareness or the public library and you could win cash prizes or an internship with an award-winning video production agency! Baltimore County Public Library and the Allison E. Fisher Memorial Fund want to encourage you to develop your video communication skills and have fun at the same time so we created this contest for teens.
